4 wheel drive on Friday morning Bring your own 4 wheelers! Not sponsored by the family, but Raymond or Brent are willing to lead. Need numbers, you must call ahead or email to let the host family know you want to participate.

Friday night hot dog roast stays the same

Saturday breakfast $2.

Horseshoes and other games
Country store...don't bring your DI stuff. ( If you don't want it either does anyone else).... Bring baked goods , home made candy, hand made items.
Quilt raffle and other wonderful items.
Dinner: Saturday
Family Testimony Fireside, Sunday for all who can stay. Bring your chairs (time to be announced)
Family in charge gets the first pick at campsites on Hughes property

Gravel pit is no longer Hughes family property..we had to liquidate the water bill of $10,000 that would come on the pit and taxes in order to maintain the other property.

Even if you can't come..we need your family dues...$10 per married couple. We have to put water in. First cousins: Please pay your Water commitment, ($168) our total commitment is $10,000 plus yearly taxes . If you can give more. Please do. Thank you to those of you who have already paid. We are going to have to have a work date before the reunion to get the CA lots ready for the reunion. (clean up, put up the tarps, etc. Be thinking about a date. we really won't know how much we will have to do until we can get in there sometime in June, but we need to start planning. It is our responsibility because we are hosting the reunion. Others will help, but is still ours to make sure that it happens.

3:00- Paintball Meet at the fire pit (12 & up)
6:00- Hotdog roast Bring your own meat and buns. Condiments, chips, and drinks will be provided.
7:00- Join the fun around the campfire

Saturday, July 16
Registration- 8:30 $10.00 per married couple
Breakfast- 9:00-10:00- $2.00 per plate (ham, eggs, pancakes, milk, tang)
Games and country store- 10:30 (don’t forget your items for the country store and the auction!)
Geneology- 11:00
Lunch- 1:00-2:00
Paintball- 2:00 Meet at the fire pit (12 & up)
Auction and drawings- 2:30

Chips (Individual variety pack) at least 72 bags each- Owen, Luella, Len, Amanda
Green salad and dressing- (3 large bags each and dressing to go with it) Es, France
Watermelon- 3 each Vida, Tho
2 dozen cupcakes- Each family
Water- Wes (***remember we can’t drink the water***)

We will need everyone’s help so plan to be there to help
